With many attractions and fantastic restaurants right outside your door, and a short walk or ride to the other downtown neighborhoods of Boston. Any guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy and any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security will be summoned, and police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. If you are in the unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will incur a minimum fine of $500 plus damages. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
