There is a bar located directly underneath the apartment. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, noise levels may vary, especially during weekends, evening and late-night hours. Guests who are sensitive to noise or are seeking a quieter environment should take this into consideration. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood.
