Feel at home in this cozy apartment in the Mill District, perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. This wheelchair-accessible apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, lobby, lounge, library, pool access (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting), and a sauna (temporarily unavailable until further notice). An additional $100-300 pet fee will be collected separately, based on stay length. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. The Mill District in Minneapolis, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. Many of the historic flour mills have been converted into elegant homes and office spaces. The Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music are all located in the Mill District. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location and downtown area are very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old (except for students/interns). Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Registration Number: LIC415740
