I have been living here for just under a year and it has been a great experience. The apartment staff are fantastic and respond quickly to messages. The facilities are clean and updated. The community is friendly. Location is fantastic - walking distance to everything in West End and a quick drive to downtown Minneapolis. Highlights of my actual apartment include: the updated appliances, high ceilings, soundproofing in the walls (I never hear my neighbors), and low utilities cost. I have no complaints.

We moved to CPW to wait out a complicated housing remodel. Beyond our hope, we love everything about the building, its location, its price point, and our apartment. It's a dog-friendly building with appropriate access to outdoors and a dog-washing room. Golfers even have a golf simulation option. Easy access to downtown, the western suburbs, and the dining options in the West End. Staff is outstanding. We're an older couple and have found living among mostly young professionals and their families to be energizing.
