It includes a front porch with outdoor seating, a living and dining area, a dedicated study/work area, a fully equipped main kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, and microwave, a laundry area, and a fenced backyard. Two of the bedrooms are located in the back of the house, each with its own private bathroom and kitchen with a 2-burner stove. Up to 4 dogs are welcome per stay, and it is important that all dogs are declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only are allowed, and a crate is required if they are left alone indoors. A leash is required when outside, and pets are not allowed on furniture, so please bring your pet’s bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Centrally situated, this home is just minutes from major attractions like Universal, Disney, and shopping plazas. Street parking is available directly in front of the house for compact vehicles only, without blocking any driveway. Quiet hours should be observed after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. As part of a triplex, you may hear some noise from neighboring guests, so please be mindful and keep noise levels low from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety, and it does not record inside the home. If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages, the cost must be covered by the guest. Rent includes utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control. This property is a triplex with completely independent entrances, and each unit has its own private access, ensuring privacy during your stay.
