Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. A pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Max 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined) excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
