This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, two TVs (one in the bedroom), fast Wi-Fi, and blackout curtains. Washer and dryers are available for guests in the building. Beacon Hill is in downtown Boston and has lots of old-world charm and picturesque streets. This apartment is located close to the MGH red line MBTA station and is walkable to Bowdoin (blue line) and Government Center (blue, orange, and green lines). There are stairs in the apartment (spiral stairs leading to the living room/kitchen). The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building, and other tenants or city noises may be heard on occasion. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security being summoned, and police involvement. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in the apartment beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the apartment upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Smoking of any kind in the apartment or directly in front of the apartment is prohibited, and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for not following this rule, plus damages. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. Please respect your neighbors. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $20 per night. Includes a desk.
