Beacon Hill is a historic neighborhood in downtown Boston, known for its old-world charm and picturesque streets. This unit is conveniently located close to the MGH red line MBTA station and is within walking distance to Bowdoin (blue line) and Government Center (blue, orange, and green lines). Please note that there are stairs within the unit, including spiral stairs leading to the living room and kitchen. The second bed is a futon that folds out. As the unit is on the first floor of an apartment building, occasional noise from other tenants or city sounds may be heard. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine plus damages. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time.
