Feel at home in this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the top (3rd) floor of a classic brownstone building near Packard's Corner T Stop. The apartment offers 965 square feet of space, accessible via two flights of stairs. This centrally located apartment is perfect for college visits, Fenway Park trips, or Boston sightseeing. There is an affordable place nearby to drop off your items to be washed while you are out visiting the city. Located in the hip and trendy Allston neighborhood, this apartment is within walking distance of Harvard Avenue bars and restaurants, and a 10-minute walk to Agganis Arena, Paradise Rock Club, and Brighton Music Hall. Boston University is a 10-minute walk away, and Boston College and all the downtown universities are easily accessible via the MBTA. Harvard University is also relatively easy to reach via the #66 Bus, a $10 Uber/Lyft ride, or a 30-minute walk. Hop on the MBTA "T" Green Line at the Packard's Corner stop (a 2-minute walk) for a less than 15-minute ride to Kenmore Square/Fenway Park, or a 20-minute ride to Copley, Prudential, Financial & Theatre districts, the Boston Common, and the Public Garden. Allston is an urban environment and can be a bit noisy during the day and into the evening. Weekdays are generally quiet by 9 pm-10 pm and stay quiet through the night until 8 am-9 am. Weekends may have street noise a bit later. Parking is challenging in this area, and it is best to visit without a car. There is some street parking, but there are limited spots and daytime and nighttime parking restrictions. Registration Number: STR-539938
