There is also a full-size gym available 24/7. You're within a 5-10 minute walk to Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the Seaport District. Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center & MGH, and Boston Medical Center & Tufts Medical Center are also nearby. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. Smoking or partying violation will result in a $1000 fine. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their IDs. Lost key fob will result in a $100 fine. If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. Each guest has 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure a smooth check-in process and comfortable stay.
