Feel at home in this studio located in the middle of Ybor's lively nightlife and historic charm. This studio blends sleek, modern design with a cozy, minimalist vibe. It features a full kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances and cookware, your own washer and dryer, a smart TV for your streaming needs, keyless entry for an easy, hassle-free check-in, and a marble-top dining table to enjoy meals or work from. The building also features coworking areas. Free parking is available in a separate parking garage, a brief one-block walk from the building. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, or a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for an additional fee of $25 or $50, respectively, subject to approval. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. The locks for the building work through a smartphone application, and you are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends), with penalties for violation: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund. The pool is open for guest use during your stay. You are required to load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
