Stairs are required to access the building, as well as the lower level master bedroom and office nook. This apartment comfortably sleeps four guests in the two beds, plus an additional guest on the full-size air mattress. This apartment features in-unit laundry, a kitchen island with bar stool seating, a smart TV, self check-in, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room sectional is on the first floor and may serve as additional sleeping space, however, please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Bedroom #1 is on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed, and bedroom #2 is on the lower level with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The full-size air mattress is best used in the lower level office nook just outside the master bedroom. Permitted street parking is available directly outside the building on Throop St. Daily parking permits are provided free of charge for up to two weeks, and longer-term permits can be purchased from the city for approximately 120 USD per year. Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building. This apartment is within walking distance of coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB Mexican, Mediterranean, and Sushi restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants. It's also within a 5-minute drive to West Loop, Wicker Park, and River North, and less than 10 minutes to the United Center. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and will incur a $150 fine, with additional fees for remediation potentially applying. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Ages 21+ to book.
