There are paid laundry facilities at the basement of the building. This property is within walking distance to the city's premier attractions such as Americas Mart, World of Coke, Ga World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Philips Arena. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells. If you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. The parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third-party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. The parking lot can get creepy at night, so you may want to find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. If you have very high standards for the temperature, this may not be the best choice. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes with a minimum fine of $50. Bicycles are not allowed to enter the building. For every tenant, fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space are provided, but no maid service during your stay. Please leave the condo tidy, empty the trash in the same floor trash room along the hallway, load and start the dishwasher before you leave, and leave the dirty towel in the bathroom. There is no need to do anything for linens. Free Wi-Fi is available, allowing you to stay connected with ease.
