This villa features spacious rooms, themed spaces, and a private pool. It sleeps 14, with 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5.5 baths. This villa includes a private pool and outdoor patio, a game room, and two large living areas. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests have free access to the community water park and amenity center. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Free parking is available on the premises, and additional free street parking is available. An EV charger is also available. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this villa places you within a short drive of Orlando’s most beloved attractions. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. We welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $25 per night. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, our A/C unit will freeze and give up, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
