There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 11 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to one car may park in the designated area. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle. Check-out is at 10 AM. Your vacation home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, with our team committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray.
