The spacious living area is perfect for gatherings, and a dedicated game room and Harry Potter media area promise entertainment for all ages. A complimentary washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy a private pool with optional heating available for an additional fee, and an expansive patio with seating. Guests also have free access to the community water park and clubhouse, which includes a sprawling pool, lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool for little ones, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a large clubhouse with arcades, a bar & lounge. The driveway can fit up to three vehicles parked side by side. Indoor parking is not available as the garage has been transformed into a game room. Conveniently situated in Kissimmee’s Windsor at Westside community, this home is a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions. Disney World is 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The community is easily accessible via State Road 192, US-27, and I-4. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks of any kind or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Check-out is at 10 AM. Includes a Wi-Fi set-up.
