The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private pool with optional heating, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an outdoor patio with loungers. Enjoy free access to the community water park and clubhouse amenities. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Discover Windsor at Westside, a vibrant and highly sought-after community offering an unforgettable family getaway. Just a short stroll from the clubhouse, this resort combines comfort, fun, and convenience for all ages. The area is filled with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. With Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios just a short drive away, everything you want is within reach. Easily accessible via State Road 192, US-27, and I-4, the resort is only 10 miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
