For your entertainment, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Free parking is available in the attached parking garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for an additional fee of $25 or $50, respectively, subject to host approval. A free parking pass is provided; a $25 replacement fee will be charged for any unreturned or missing parking pass. The garage has an 8'2" clearance. With a walk score of 97/100, this centrally located apartment is steps away from Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Indiana Convention Center, and Mass Ave. Iconic attractions such as the Indianapolis Zoo and the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis are a short drive away. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200.
