Additionally, the small upstairs bedroom shares a bathroom with the small downstairs bedroom. You’ll have access to 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The layout and furnishings are subject to change as upgrades and improvements continue to enhance the guest experience. Includes a fenced backyard that is partially enclosed, an open-concept kitchen with a large island, living and dining areas, and a laundry room. This home is pet-friendly, and a maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed per stay for a fee of $60 per dog. All dogs must be declared in advance. Centrally located, this home is a short distance from Downtown Orlando, ORMC Hospital, and various theme parks. No parties or loud noise are permitted; please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open—please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture; if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety; please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. If guests choose to add or purchase any additional TV packages, the cost must be covered by the guest. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). All dogs must be declared in advance. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only. Crate required if left alone indoors. Leash required when outside. No pets on furniture – Please bring your pet’s bedding. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. The master bedroom includes a desk. Bedroom 2 includes a desk. Bedroom 4 includes a desk/workspace. Your stay includes all utilities, high-speed internet, regular maintenance, and pest control, so you can enjoy a worry-free experience.
