For starters, i don't live here but i am considering just because of the lovely tour guide Julius. Not only was he helpful and informative but he was very friendly and welcoming.

There’s some apartment complexes that barter with their tenants for good reviews and as someone who looks at all reviews to identify them, trust me when I say this is not one of them. Julius at the front office is AMAZING. The good reviews about his customer service are all true. It’s been a long moving process for me and he went above and beyond giving me a tour of different units and helping with the application process when there were some document verification issues. He stayed after hours to help the office with other issues and STILL called me to check on how he could further assist with getting my application through the system. I will be moving in soon and will update this review as I become a resident at Liv Apartments, but if you’re looking to get more information about living here definitely book your tour and talk with Julius if you want a great experience. 3 month update: The maintenance team is GREAT. I’ve had some minor things that needed fixing or retouched but they made sure I wouldn’t encounter the same problem again. I had the AC stop working during my first month on a Friday evening and within 30mins, someone on the team arrived to setup a portable unit for the weekend and by Monday morning the AC was working perfectly again. Ruben is very knowledgeable and kind and I would highly request him for all of my maintenance issues. The front staff is as lovely as they were the first time. They have helped make sure my move and settling in was smooth and comfortable. The neighbors are just as sweet and the community feels safe. There might be some noise issues here and there but nothing that has ever been of concern for me. When I first moved in I was worried about the bug and cop reviews I saw, but I still haven’t encountered any nor seen or heard of police in the area. I still highly recommend this complex to anyone interested!
