Located near Monona Bay, this apartment is nestled in a quiet residential area of mostly single-family homes. It's a 3-minute walk to Monona Bay and Brittingham Boats and 1.5 miles to UW Madison. The bus stop is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Please keep noise to a minimum. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50 will be charged for missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property.
