This wheelchair-accessible apartment offers a modern traveler's needs. This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enjoy access to the fitness center and community garden located on the 3rd floor, and the dog park located on the 4th floor. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). Sky Central places you at the center of Cincinnati’s vibrant downtown scene. Major employers like P&G, Western & Southern, and Great American Insurance are just moments away, making your daily commute quick and easy. When the workday wraps, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's best: take a stroll to Fountain Square, browse local boutiques, or catch a Reds game at Great American Ball Park, all just a short walk from your front door. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents may result in cancellation and denied entry.
