Rickey is phenomenal! He’s very knowledgeable and helpful through the application process and answered all of my questions or concerns. The Paddock Club made me feel the most welcomed with both their charm and smiles. It’s very clean, close proximity to most everything and the amenities are top shelf! Couldn’t ask for more.

Great experience with Adam and Ashleigh! I’ve been looking for a place for a few months now. They met my budget and amenity requirements. I’m relocating for work. I’m excited to become apart of the paddock community. **Update** It is way better than I expected! The staff was EXCELLENT! My made move super smooth and easy. I never even saw this place until I moved in and it was more than I could have imagined. Neighbors are nice, the home is GORGEOUS and you can’t beat the location. I LOVE IT HERE! My kids love it too. This surpassed any and everything I asked for. I saw some reviews with issues with bugs or parking. I got a garage so I don’t have those issues. And I got some bug stuff from Lowe’s and haven’t had one issue. Literally everything is perfect.
