Surveillance cameras monitor common areas. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a warning, a $100 fine, or immediate eviction. You are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smart phone application. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through the guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. The reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified. All guests must load and start the dishwasher with dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
