The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, a 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker as well as basic cookware. The neighborhood is near highways, which means you won’t be far from all Stone Mountain has to offer. On bus route - short walk to bus stop. On train route. This is a fully furnished 1 bedroom in-law suite / studio. TOTALLY Private (entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and deck). NO Sharing... totally private. Owner lives on site (but) in a separate unit; hence you DO NOT SHARE with owner, or anyone else. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY - one human being only (no exceptions). Rent includes: utilities and internet. We provide complimentary services such as (bi-weekly house cleaning, linens, towels, Netflix, parking for 1 vehicle, patio furnishings, and shared laundry access - once per week) Please note. This unit is not suitable for infants, toddlers or minors - (unit has no cribs, no window guards, furniture has sharp edges, yard is not fenced, neighbors has unleashed dogs as well as pools that are not fenced). House is not suitable for guest with mobility challenges (house is on a slope, there are steps, narrow entrances, narrow doorways, narrow pathways). $259 per week.
