I'm so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are so kind, responsive, helpful and committed to highest quality standards. It's only five months I have rented an apartment here but i feel like staying here since decade. Here, there is a big swimming pool and a gym with many facilities. In summer they kept the pool party, we had a lot of fun. My kids are really enjoying lot. We have referred our cousins as well. The location is very close to our community hall, shopping center and grocery stores. I highly recommend Orleans Of Decatur for your next apartment home.

It’s been frustrating looking for an apartment. I’ve encountered so many rude and unprofessional leasing agents. Upon walking into the Orleans I was greeted with a smile by Rose. Before introducing herself, I knew her name from her name tag. She offered me refreshments and kindly assisted me. Being in her presence truly called my frustration. She is very knowledgeable about The Orleans Community. My tour went amazing thanks to her wariness and her professionalism. She ensured I left without questions to make an informed decision about leasing at The Orleans. My lease doesn’t end until the end of December but I am looking forward to moving here if I don’t decisive to move out of state. Thanks Rose. Communities need more professionals like her.

I recently moved into The Orleans and am very pleased with the experience. The move-in process was efficient and well-organized, thanks to the dedicated team. Carley and Rose was exceptionally helpful, guiding me through all the paperwork with ease and making sure I felt welcome from day one. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free.
A SPECIAL mention goes to Sam, the maintenance supervisor, who IS incredibly responsive and efficient. He quickly addressed a couple of minor issues in my apartment without any hassle, showcasing not only his expertise but also his commitment to resident satisfaction.
Overall, the move-in experience has been great, thanks to the wonderful staff. I'm excited to call The Orleans my new home!
What first attracted me to the Orleans was how well kept the outside is. When I came in Rose greeted me with a big welcoming smile and showed me an apartment similar to mine, because the one I wanted was being renovated. I came back to view the actual apartment after renovations and was greeted with another welcoming smile by Carley. She showed me my actual apartment. I fell in love and decided to start the application process. Rose and Carley would email me back promptly answering any questions I had. I had an awesome experience! They were thorough, understanding and caring. The process was seamless, easy, and I got approved fast(I know this may vary, but they were definitely on it). Also, even though I am moved in they are still concerned and caring just like they were when I was trying to get the apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and well-kept apartment building this definitely the place!
Update: I would also like to acknowledge maintenance. Sam is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm not sure what maintenance was like before, but he is definitely doing an excellent job!!

I came to the property this week and had an awesome virtual tour with Carley. I really hope they have a renovated 2 bedrooms coming available soon.
I cannot say enough positive things about my time living at The Orleans of Decatur. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the leasing agent, Rose. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire application and move-in process, answering all my questions and ensuring a smooth transition into my new home.
The apartment itself is fantastic - spacious, modern, and well-maintained. But what truly sets this community apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. The property manager, Carley, is a true gem. She is respectful, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents' well-being. Any concerns I've had have been addressed promptly and efficiently.
I'd also like to give a special shoutout to the maintenance supervisor, Sam. He is an absolute superstar! Not only is he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but he is very friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, and they always leave my apartment spotless.
The overall atmosphere at The Orleans is one of community and belonging. The grounds are beautifully kept, the amenities are top-notch, and the residents are friendly and respectful. I truly feel like I've found my perfect home here.

So far, my experience here has been good. We’ve had some hiccups but Sam the maintenance man has fixed all of it and he responds very timely. Best maintenance man ever!
