Metered street parking is available directly outside the building on Division St and has time limits (do not park overnight). Free street parking is occasionally available on Leavitt. Additional street parking is often available on Haddon Ave but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. The city sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles, and adding a zone number costs $25/year. All within two blocks are coffee shops, a brunch cafe, and countless bars and restaurants. Within walking distance, you'll find live music, Wicker Park green space, a convenience store, a grocery store, a BYOB pizza spot, a bookstore, and a beercade. The Nest thermostat allows temperature changes within set ranges: set to Heat mode and adjustable between ~65-74 degrees in cool months, and set to Cool mode and adjustable between ~68-78 degrees in warm months (specific ranges are subject to change).
