Feel at home in this apartment that sleeps up to 4 guests. This apartment features in-unit laundry with a combination washer/dryer, a smart TV with Chromecast, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Permitted street parking is often available directly outside the building on Pearson St but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year. Reserved parking is not included. Free street parking is occasionally available on Rice St a block away, and often available on Iowa St and on Augusta Blvd. All within walking distance are coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB sushi and Thai restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, breweries, and countless bars and restaurants. No smoking is allowed on the premises, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations, with additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Includes a dedicated workspace.
