Parking is available in the garage for one mid-size SUV or smaller vehicle, and driveway parking is available for one vehicle. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for one pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for two pets (capped at $295). A one-time large pet surcharge of $49 applies for one large pet (over 35 lbs) or $95 for two large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes a refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this townhouse is close to the NASCAR Hall of Fame (~10 minutes), Spectrum Center (~9 minutes), Bank of America Stadium (~10 minutes), Plaza Midwood (~9 minutes), NoDa Arts District (~10 minutes), and SouthPark Mall (~15 minutes). Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. The primary guest must be 21+, and all guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
