Located in an apartment complex in a residential area near the intersection of Milwaukee and Greenfield, this apartment is next door to a large park and a block away from Anytime Fitness. There are many unique restaurants in the nearby area. Aurora St Luke's is an 8-minute drive, and downtown Milwaukee is a 12-minute drive. A Metro Bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50.00 will be charged for missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property.
