Feel at home in this pet-friendly apartment on the 2nd floor with a private entrance. This apartment features air conditioning, a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area at the kitchen bar, and a large private balcony. Entertainment is provided by a 65" Roku Smart TV. Parking is available for one vehicle; a second vehicle will need to park on the adjacent street, a few minutes' walk from the apartment. This apartment is a 4-minute walk to Monona Bay. Smoking is prohibited, and any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. If pets are staying in the apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. If there is damage to the apartment and notification is not provided, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a $50 restocking fee. Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal. Includes a dedicated workspace.
