Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry facilities. Amenities include a 50" Roku smart TV, air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet. Free off-street parking is available in the parking lot. The bus stop is one block from the apartment. Located in the Marquette neighborhood of Madison, this apartment is in a mostly residential area with bars, businesses, and restaurants on nearby Williamson St. It is also conveniently located one block from a grocery store, one mile from downtown, 3.5 miles to UW Hospital, three blocks from Lake Monona, and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Smoking is not allowed. Any smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please avoid excessive noise, as violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Please keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. If you are staying in a pet-friendly apartment, pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of in the outside trash. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to anything in the apartment or the property so we can address it as soon as possible. If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50. Actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower, will be charged for pets on premises without advance written permission.
