Kaseya Center is across the street, perfect if you’re here for a game or concert. Bayfront Park and the marina are a quick stroll away, and Bayside Marketplace brings live music, casual bites and boat tours. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell without needing a car. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick 10–15 minute ride.
