The dedicated game room features a ping-pong table, air hockey, and two retro arcade machines loaded with Golden Tee Golf, Pac-Man, and Galaga. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking essentials and a dedicated coffee bar. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully fenced backyard, and there is a park located right next door. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional charge. Located less than half a mile from OSU’s campus and just over a mile from Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe), this home offers walkable convenience while still being tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for football weekends and campus visits. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Strictly prohibited are underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but you can send the receipt and you’ll be reimbursed.
