Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. No locals (zip codes starting with "441") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained.
