To enhance your stay, a variety of optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for additional fees. This apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps from everything! It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle, with direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
