This 1491 sq ft apartment offers an open, well-designed space to relax and enjoy. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a washer and dryer in unit, fast Wi-Fi, and 3 full bathrooms with hotel-quality linens. Valet parking is available for $75 per night (in and out privileges) and self-parking across the street is available for $50 per night (cash only). This apartment is pet-friendly for a fee of $150 plus tax. A pack and play and high chair are available on request for an additional fee. You’re in one of the most walkable pockets of Miami, where you can step outside and actually be somewhere in minutes. Kaseya Center is across the street, perfect if you’re here for a game or concert. Bayfront Park and the marina are a quick stroll away for sunrise walks, runs, or just sitting by the water. Bayside Marketplace brings live music, casual bites and boat tours, super close and super convenient. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell (restaurants, bars, and Brickell City Centre) without needing a car. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick 10–15 minute ride. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please, refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment to avoid accidents. Don´t forget to take out the trash before you leave. A credit or debit card is required at check-in for a refundable security hold (up to $200/night), which may be charged by the building depending on their check-in process. The release of the hold is handled directly by the building after checkout. Layout and décor may vary slightly by unit, but all units follow the same standard and style.
