Located on the second floor, this upper-level home is accessible by stairs and offers a retreat for families and groups of up to 12. This spacious home is loaded with entertainment options, including a pool table, Terminator 2 and Mortal Kombat 2 arcade games, and several board games. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need for group meals, including an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, full cookware, and dinnerware set. Relax in the living room with comfortable seating and a king sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. The fireplace is for display only and does not work. Pets are allowed with a fee of $25 per pet per night, with a maximum of two pets (cats or dogs). Spend your mornings exploring Golden Gate Park (just 5 minutes away), afternoons at Ocean Beach (10 minutes), and evenings gathered around the game table. With easy access to Muni, bus lines, restaurants, cafés, and groceries, you're in one of San Francisco's most convenient and walkable locations. Major attractions include Golden Gate Park (0.9 miles), UCSF Medical Center (1.7 miles), Ocean Beach (3 miles), Haight-Ashbury, SF Zoo, Twin Peaks, Mission District, Downtown/Union Square, Fisherman’s Wharf, Oracle Park (Giants), and Chase Center (Warriors). Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. Noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Unauthorized guests are not allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. There is street cleaning in this neighborhood, so you must read and follow street cleaning signs to avoid a parking ticket. Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, you have to move the car every 2 hours to avoid a ticket. There are outdoor security cameras covering entrances of the house for security, such as the front door and backyard door. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. Includes a quiet, dedicated work area for remote work or study.
