Street cleaning occurs in this neighborhood, so you must read and follow street cleaning signs to avoid a parking ticket. Street-cleaning details are provided before check-in. You may block the driveway, but cannot park on the driveway. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and there is a long-term tenant downstairs. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered.
