This centrally located home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or a peaceful and productive remote work week. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal. There are 2 dining tables, and four people can be seated at each table. Unwind on the cozy couches in the living room as you watch your preferred series on the high-definition smart TV. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a deluxe king-size bed with premium bedding, a nightstand with a lamp, and a dresser. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size mattress with comfortable linens and pillows, a nightstand, and a dresser. The large, fully equipped bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and was recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and premium towels are provided, along with personal care products. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for guest use. Guests have access to a shared concrete backyard area with an outdoor table and chairs to accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a parking spot in the back for 1 vehicle and there is street parking in the front. A pack-and-play is available. The home is located in Mount Washington, renowned for offering breathtaking views of the river and city skyline. Mount Washington is only a short drive from Pittsburgh's downtown and conveniently close to a wide range of well-known restaurants, shops, and bars. There are numerous parks and playgrounds in the area. The home is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Free parking is available at most restaurants and attractions in Mount Washington. Uber is accessible in Mount Washington as well. The home is close and convenient to Duquesne Incline, PPG Paints Arena, Downtown, PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. If the landlord or housekeeper smells smoke or weed indoors after your reservation, you will be charged a fee of $250. Parties and events are not allowed. If this rule is not followed, it will result in termination of your reservation or you will be charged a fee. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, your reservation will be terminated or you will be charged a fee and compensation will be sought for any damages that are found upon inspection of the property.
