I lived here for about three months on a short term lease and had a very positive experience. The apartments are clean, modern, and relatively quiet for downtown living. The management team is honest and upfront about all fees and conditions.

I just moved in about a week ago, and it has been amazing. Property management is so kind and they worked very hard to help me get situated despite challenges with my job. The views are breathtaking, and the units are spacious. Rent is so affordable considering the building is right on the point in downtown Pittsburgh. Although I’m legally blind and cannot drive, I am able to get anywhere in the city because of the building location, just steps from the bus system and the T! I am so blessed to be able to call this gem home! If you need a new home in Pittsburgh, check them out!

Great apartment complex with very unique floor plans. Management is excellent, with fast responses and assistance. The location is one of the best you can get in downtown, as it's right by the park with not much car traffic, and you can walk outside and not even feel that you're in a busy downtown. Very close to restaurants and amenities, with plenty of street parking around the complex. Highly recommended if you want to live in the city with great views, at a reasonable price.

This place is wonderful. First place i moved to in Pittsburgh, fresh out of college and it's wonderful views, close proximity to restaurant, stores and anything in general helped me a lot.
