Your home away from home! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment accommodates up to 5 people and offers a cozy fireplace and plenty of space to feel at home. This apartment features a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Guests have access to a shared, unfenced patio and shared laundry facilities. Parking is available for up to 2 cars (shared). This is a pet-friendly property, and we welcome your furry friends. We kindly ask that pets bring their own bed, and the fee is $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance. Centrally located, you'll be just minutes away from major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The apartment is also only 30 minutes from the airport. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. We allow a maximum of 4 dogs per stay. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only. A crate is required if left alone indoors. A leash is required when outside. No pets are allowed on furniture, so please bring your pet’s bedding. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors.
