Moved in about a week ago, so far so good, the location has alot of space out doors and directly on the lake if you like to be outside. There was a few issues when we first moved in but they were resolved within a day. Seems like a great location so far and the staff have been very nice and easy to work with

After an extensive search for an apartment within Lake Mary, I was pleasantly surprised when I found Sun Lake Apartments right off of Lake Emma Road. Sondra made things EASY for me, and the process was nearly painless. Not only is there a beautiful landscape inside Lake Mary where I can live, but I can (still) live literally five-to-ten minutes from multiple Publix locations, Costco, BJ's, Super WalMart, SuperTarget, Fresh Market, banks, Mister, pet stores, vitamin shoppes, a large DMV...there's even a Top Golf a mile away! With all that nearby, this feels like one of the best locations in Orlando. Maybe it's still a bit of a hidden location...but I can't believe it's actually costing me LESS!
