Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion.
