This newly renovated 2-bedroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps installed provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation with parking codes. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are literally downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town bookings and 25 years old for local bookings. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
