Enjoy a variety of dining options within easy reach, such as Cafe 2825 (15-minute walk) and Knife & Fork Inn (3-minute walk). Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the partner will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
