There is also a spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. The ground-level patio includes a dining area, BBQ, and storage for beach gear. Linens, towels, a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags are included. This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. Six beach chairs are included. Six beach tags are conveniently collected on a lanyard for grab and go convenience. Ample off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles, plus ample free street parking in the neighborhood. Ventnor City is a charming and vibrant coastal community, known for its relaxed atmosphere and prime location near Atlantic City. The neighborhood around Ventnor Heights offers a perfect blend of convenience and charm. You'll find yourself just a short walk or bike ride from Ventnor's beautiful beach and boardwalk, ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or enjoying the ocean views. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
