The location can't be beat, with the apartment a short walk from Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and both the red line and brown line subway stations. It's also close to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. You'll find high thread count cotton sheets on the bed, comfortable feather pillows, a great mattress, and thick towels. The bath products are from Public Goods. Coffee and other little amenities are supplied. The tent in the bedroom is free standing, so make sure not to move the legs or fiddle with it. Parking isn't included and the streets around the apartment are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. When parking, be sure to check all signs nearby because it's easy to get a ticket when parking rules are broken. For the easiest parking, it is recommended to use a service to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive. Excellent public transit directions from this apartment to any point in the city are available via web search. This place is a short walk from the Southport Brown Line “L” train station. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and there will be a $250 cleaning fee if there's any smoke smell inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out ends at 11 a.m.
