This move-in ready apartment features a fully stocked kitchen for easy meals at home, including coffee, tea, utensils, cookware, and glassware, as well as a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The bright living area includes a private balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying city views. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning and heating are included for your comfort. Two designated on-site parking spaces are included. Pets are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet per month. Filming or production work may be allowed with an additional fee; please inquire. Located in the heart of North Park, this apartment is known for its artsy energy, craft beer scene, and walkable streets. Walk to cafés, local breweries, indie shops, and popular eateries along University Ave and 30th Street. Enjoy easy access to art galleries, live music venues, and cultural hotspots, as well as a convenient commute to Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and nearby attractions. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person per night if not disclosed. There is a $100 fee for unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks. Unlawful use of our home, including illegal activities or substances, will incur a $500 fee per instance. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. Please ensure pets do not do their business inside the home, clean up after pet hair, and do not let pet hair go down shower drains. Shoes should be removed upon entry, and parties are not allowed. Fast Wi-Fi and three smart TVs are available for remote productivity and entertainment.
