This home is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants and just minutes away from the University of Florida campus. The historic Thomas Center is just three short blocks away. You're also only a 10-minute drive from La Chua Trail, a Florida State Park, and two miles from the University of Florida campus, the Swamp, and the O'Connell Center. Most bars and restaurants are within walking distance, but everything is within driving distance, and there is also a bus stop nearby. The shared backyard is fenced in and meticulously maintained with beautiful seasonal flowers and greenery, connecting to the backyard of the owners and another historic rental home. Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fee. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund for violating this policy. A $200 fee will be charged if a pet is found on the property.
