The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Pensacola, within walking distance to everything you could need. Whether it's fantastic restaurants, shopping, or entertainment, it's all just steps away. Plus, you're only 10 minutes from the beach! While there were ups and downs with the previous management team, the new staff has completely turned things around and resolved every issue. James, the current property manager, has been fantastic. He and his front office team are approachable, friendly, and genuinely care about making sure residents are happy. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always professional. The added security of having a courtesy officer on-site during the night is something I really appreciate. The amenities here are excellent—there's a beautiful pool, a newly renovated fitness center that's well-equipped, and nicely landscaped grounds with an outdoor TV and fire pit. Southtowne is a wonderful place to live. If you're looking for a convenient and safe place to call home, I highly recommend it.
