Feel at home in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Step inside to discover southern charm, where modern comfort meets rustic coastal style. The cozy living room features oversized plush couches and a large Roku-enabled flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals, which you can enjoy in the adjoining eat-in dining area. A laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard oasis with a covered patio perfect for lounging or dining al fresco, and a fully fenced yard featuring two grills, ample seating, a fire pit, and a spacious side yard. Pets are welcome with a small fee. Nestled in a picturesque residential area, this property places you right at the doorstep of Big Lagoon State Park. Enjoy easy access to pristine beaches, local restaurants, grocery stores, and outdoor activities. Jaco's Perdido, a renowned local haunt, is just 0.4 miles away. A five-minute drive whisks you away to the verdant expanses of Perdido Bay Golf Course. The breathtakingly beautiful beaches of Pensacola are just a few miles away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
