Enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay and feel at home in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in one of Scottsdale’s most desirable neighborhoods, set on E Princess Dr. This modern, open-concept apartment features a living room with a plush sofa bed and armchair and a 58" 4K HDR smart TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, and a full set of glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The bedrooms feature king-size beds with luxe linens, soft lighting with reading lamps, and 43" smart TVs. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk and chair. The bathrooms have a shower/bath combo, fresh towels, essential toiletries, ample mirror space, and bright lighting. Dedicated parking is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views. World-class golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, are just a short drive away, as are upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The neighborhood is perfectly positioned for hiking, biking, and exploring the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are bringing a pet(s) without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. If the noise monitors installed in our units are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions.
