A strict no-party policy is enforced, with fines and removal from the property for violations. Smoking is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Parking guidelines must be followed to avoid violations. Lost or unreturned keys incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. A lockbox, if provided, must be kept locked at all times.
