There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Each pet must weigh under 40 lbs, and aggressive breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Mastiffs, and Bull Terriers are not permitted. Updated vaccination records and a photo of each pet are required, and all pets must be approved before move-in.
